Jose Hernandez is a local singer/songwriter. Carried here by his Mother from the Mountain Town of Aguascalientes, it was through her strength that Jose and his brothers were able to be raised in Oklahoma City; Where he found his voice and passion for musical expression. His inspiration derives from the exploration of his Latinx roots, his lived experiences, and dismantling nationalistic ideals.
