This panel will feature insights from artists, producers, managers, sound engineers, and more, offering a unique perspective on the ever evolving landscape of music and creativity! From Emmy-nominated producers and dynamic performers, our panelists will share their stories, challenges, and triumphs in the industry.

As a special bonus, stick around after the panel for the Future of Sounds Session, where you'll have the chance to experience new sounds and connect with fellow music enthusiasts.

Emily Egerton - Panelist
“Emily has been doing live sound in the industry for 10 years, 6.5 of those years in Chicago, where she freelanced, and was Production Manager for Lincoln Hall and Schubas. She's toured on and off with the likes of Lucy Dacus, Wilderado, Bishop Briggs as Tour Manager and doing sound. She moved back to Oklahoma about 2 years ago to be part of opening Beer City Music Hall, and has been the Operation Manager for Tower, Beer City, and Ponyboy for the last year!”


Charla Fonseca - Panelist
“Emmy Nominated Producer, Charla Fonseca, was born and raised in Austin, TX - studied Music at Texas State University, and officially jump started her creative career In 2017. Charla launched MADAME MANAGEMENT in 2020, a full-service Latina owned management company; specializing its focus on historically underrepresented talent. Her work has catapulted Branjae’s brand into new markets nationally and globally; while simultaneously diving into film making as a Producer & Production Accountant. After countless features, shorts and commercials for clients like Disney, Sesame Street NFL, Cherokee Film and more - she’s earned her first national Emmy Nomination, for her work with 22X Emmy Award Winner, Pursuit Films. She has been interweaving the two creative avenues since.”


Branjae - Panelist
“Branjae is the personification of Black American Music. She is an artist, activist, dancer, singer, and actress. She asks “why not” through her music, challenging listeners to embrace their authentic selves. Her lyrical depth, energetic theatrical performances, and out of the box genre fluidity are as unique as the personas she embodies.”


K.O. - Panelist
“K.O. is a rapper and singer originally from Enid, OK now based in Oklahoma City. She has dropped 9 albums since 2018 creating significant buzz in the OKC hip-hop scene.”

Lindsey Cox - Moderator
“Lindsey Cox is the creative force behind the OKC-based orchestral dream punk band, stepmom. She wears many hats as an artist, musician, director, producer, talent booker and event producer at Factory Obscura, and host of her own radio show "Lindsey's Lounge" on KOSU/The Spy. Advocating for the local music community is at the core of Lindsey's many endeavors.”
