group rates

A Group Rate of $5 off for Adults and $3 off for kids 17 & under is available for parties of 10 or more during normal business hours. These discounts will automatically be applied when 10 or more MIX-TAPE tickets are added to your cart.


food & drink

Food and drink are not allowed inside the Mix-Tape art experience areas. We encourage private event rentals to partner with our neighbors in Automobile Alley. Just steps away, you’ll find locally-owned restaurants ready to help make your day special!

Interested in taking over our space for your special event? Standard event packages are listed below.
Rates assume full buy-out during regularly closed hours.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES & CORPORATE EVENTS

  • $850

  • Up to 2 hours total, full buy-out of Mix-Tape

  • Cake/snacks/drinks set-up in the lobby.

    • Bistro tables and stools provided. Folding chairs may also be provided.

    • No food/drink inside the art experience.

    • If alcohol is present, security must be hired at additional charge.

    • Trash cans provided. Client responsible for clean-up.

  • Up to 50 people

    • Additional $10/person for up to 100 people

  • Each additional hour: $200/hour

  • Audio/visual available on Wonder Stage at additional charge.

  • Event insurance may be required.

  • Rate available only during times Mix-Tape is typically closed to the public. Additional fee may apply to close regular hours early.

weddings

  • $1,500

  • Up to 2 hours total, full buy-out of Mix-Tape

  • Includes audio/visual set-up on the Wonder Stage.

  • Access to dressing room for bridal party, 1 hour before event time.

  • Drinks, cake, snacks set up in the lobby.

    • Bistro tables and stools provided. Folding chairs may also be provided.

    • Food/drink generally not allowed inside the art experience. Exception may be made for drinks in Wonder. (Ex: champagne toast on the Wonder Stage.)

    • If alcohol is present, security must be hired at additional charge.

    • Trash cans provided. Client responsible for clean-up.

  • Up to 50 people

    • Additional $10/person for up to 100 people

  • Chairs provided for up to 50 people seated in Wonder.

    • Groups over 50 people should consider a combination of seated & standing.

  • Each additional hour: $250/hour

  • Event insurance may be required.

  • Rate available only during times Mix-Tape is typically closed to the public. Additional fee may apply to close regular hours early.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES IN ‘PARTY!’

  • $650 - Available only through September 29th, 2025

  • Up to 2 hours total, full buy-out of PARTY!

  • Cake & drinks set-up in the lobby.

    • Bistro tables and stools provided. Folding chairs may also be provided.

    • No food/drink inside the art experience.

    • If alcohol is present, security must be hired at additional charge.

    • Trash cans provided. Client responsible for clean-up.

  • Up to 40 people

    • Additional $8/person for up to 75 people

  • Each additional hour: $175/hour

  • Event insurance may be required.

  • Rate available only during times PARTY! is typically closed to the public. Additional fee may apply to close regular hours early.
