Bella Burns - Panelist
is an Afro-Latina singer-songwriter originally from Dallas, Texas, now rooted in Oklahoma City. Her music blends textures of R&B, neo-soul, and pop—drawing inspiration from artists like Anderson .Paak, Erykah Badu, and SZA. Creating a sound that feels both soulful and contemporary.


Sav Foster - Panelist
is an artist and tour manager out of Tulsa, OK. Their career in the music industry began in 24’-25’ when they served as President of the Oklahoma State University Music Industry Association. During this time, they led the festival planning committee in putting on the third annual Stillystock music festival in Stillwater, OK, which raises money for music lesson scholarships and instruments for kids in need. The event was headlined by Red Sun and hosted at the McKnight Center. They welcomed over 700 attendees, doubling in size from the previous year.

Now working with Pink Street Management, they manage local artist, Keathley. In addition to Artist Management, they have a passion for tour management. Since joining Pink Street, they have booked and tour managed Keathley’s first and second tours throughout the Midwest and south. They also assistant tour managed for stepmom during their Fall 2025 East Coast tour.


Lee Hernan - Panelist
Lee Hernan was born in 1990 in the town of Moca, Puerto Rico. However, she grew up in the town of Aguadilla. From a very young age, she participated in different singing competitions and activities, making herself known through singing and dancing. The musical blood that runs through her veins was inherited by one of her grandparents who taught her to play the guitar when she was only 16 years old. Since then, Lee Hernan began to write songs of her own inspiration and songwriting became part of her artistic passions. Her favorite styles include latin pop, rock, although she also likes electronic music, R&B, among others. Upon entering university, she participated in the 2008 UPR Aguadilla Voice Festival, winning first place. Since then she has worked as a vocalist for various rock bands and covers such as “Tequila Azul” and “Orquesta D' Calle”. She participated in the renowned program Idol Puerto Rico where she developed and publicly displayed her talent and her future in the singing industry.


Shari Jackson is the Executive Director of both the Norman Music Alliance, which produces the Norman Music Festival and The Depot, a multidisciplinary arts organization housed in the Historic Santa Fe Depot. A native Normanite and graduate of the University of Oklahoma, with a long career in nonprofit arts, Jackson is a sixth-generation Oklahoman, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. She has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit arts administration in Norman. Her previous experience includes business director for the Sooner Theatre and Executive Director at Cimarron Opera. . Mother of JJ and cat mom to Beans, she is a strong believer in the power of the arts to heal and help.

Lindsey Cox - Moderator
Lindsey Cox is the creative force behind the OKC-based Art punk band, stepmom. She wears many hats as an artist, musician, director, producer, talent booker and event producer at Factory Obscura, and host of her own radio show "Lindsey's Lounge" on KOSU/The Spy. Advocating for the local music community is at the core of Lindsey's many endeavors.
